Sequencing of siRNA or molecules with high secondary structure

The Heflin Genomics Core has received and validated a protocol from the Sequencing Core at the University of Michigan for siRNAs, which can also be used for molecules with a high degree of secondary structure.  The core will charge $8 per reaction for siRNA molecules since it costs us more to process the samples (extra BigDye, addition of several additives, etc).  Please bring your template and primer(s) at the concentrations below.  Please also indicate in your submission that these are siRNA or require the siRNA protocol.

The DNA Template:  200ng/µL

Primer Concentration:  20µM (20pmol/µL)
